What Is Endolift®?
Endolift® is a medical laser treatment that addresses excess stubborn fat, skin laxity and contour concerns by working directly within the deeper layers of the skin. Using a hair-thin optical fibre, controlled laser energy is delivered to targeted areas to encourage fat melting, tissue tightening and long-term collagen remodelling.

Is Endolift® Right for Me?
Endolift® is most suitable for individuals with excess stubborn fat and mild to moderate skin laxity who want a non-surgical solution and are seeking gradual, natural-looking results. While it cannot replicate the effects of a surgical facelift, it can offer significant improvement for those not ready or suitable for surgery.

What is Endolift® best used for?
Endolift® is commonly used to tighten skin, improve contour and refine definition, particularly around the jawline, neck and lower face. It may also be used on selected body areas and is also particularly effective in reducing malar eye bags.

No. Endolift® is not a surgical facelift. It does not involve incisions, stitches or the repositioning of tissue. Instead, it is a non-surgical treatment that tightens skin and improves contour using laser energy. While it cannot replicate the results of surgery, it can offer noticeable improvement for suitable patients.
Endolift® works by delivering laser energy beneath the skin, which creates controlled heat. This causes immediate tissue contraction and stimulates the body’s natural collagen production. Over time, collagen remodelling leads to firmer, smoother and more defined skin.
Endolift® does effectively reduce small, localised fat deposits in certain areas by targeting fat cells with laser energy. We change the settings in order to apply higher energy in areas where we need to ablate fat cells causing an effective fat reduction outcome.
Most patients require a single Endolift® treatment. In some cases, a second session may be recommended depending on skin quality, treatment area and desired outcome. This will be discussed during your consultation.
Endolift® is performed under local anaesthetic to minimise discomfort. Most patients describe the sensation as pressure or warmth rather than pain. Any discomfort during or after treatment is usually mild and temporary.
Downtime is generally minimal. You may experience mild swelling, tenderness or bruising in the treated area, which usually resolves within a few days. Most patients return to normal daily activities within 24–72 hours, although individual recovery varies.
Some skin tightening may be visible shortly after treatment due to tissue contraction. However, the full results develop gradually over the following three to six months as collagen production increases and the skin continues to remodel.
Results can last several years, depending on factors such as age, skin quality, lifestyle and the treated area. Natural ageing continues, and maintenance treatments may be recommended to support long-term results.
When performed by a qualified and experienced medical practitioner, Endolift® is considered safe and well established within medical aesthetics. As with any medical procedure, there are potential risks and side effects, which will be discussed during your consultation.
Common side effects include temporary swelling, bruising, tenderness or redness in the treated area. Rarely, temporary numbness or firmness may occur. Serious complications are uncommon when the procedure is performed correctly.

Endolift® is often combined with other aesthetic treatments such as dermal fillers in order to provide structural support to the face as well as powerful biostimulators to further enhance skin tightening and lifting . Combination treatments may be recommended as part of a personalised treatment plan.
